ORDERING ONLINE

Just browse our site, and click on any items that you wish to buy using the ‘add to cart’ button. After you have finished your selection, click on “checkout” and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete your order. You can change the contents of your basket or abandon your order at any time – as your request is not confirmed until you enter your payment details.

ONLINE STOCK LEVELS

If you see an item on our website with an ‘In Stock’ availability status, then we will usually have it in stock and ready for purchase and delivery. Although the system is in “real-time”, it is possible from time to time that stock becomes unavailable before we have reconciled stock levels on the website, so stock availability should be viewed as a guide rather than a guarantee the item can be shipped. You will be notified by email or phone call within 1 business day if the item you ordered has been accepted and ready for delivery within 48 hours of payment confirmation.

ONLINE ORDER CONFIRMATION

The receipt of an order confirmation, via e-mail or another method, does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell. Brinker’s Jewelers and BrinkersJewelers.com reserve the right to limit the order quantity on any item and/or refuse service to any customer. Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order.

ONLINE TAX POLICY

We are required to collect sales tax on all internet transactions. If there is no sales tax collected for items shipped to your state, please note that your local/ state use tax may be applicable. Please refer to the website of your respective localities for more information.

ONLINE SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

All items are shipped within 1 business day of the order being placed online. A small percentage of items require longer processing time and you will be notified by email within 1 business day if that is the case for your particular item(s).

The quickest shipping option that is available is 2-day delivery. Some packages may have to be shipped ground for insurance and security reasons.

We ship via all major carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and the United States Postal Service. Customers are not allowed to request a carrier of their choice or allowed to have tracking information for security reasons.

Once your order is completed and your package has shipped, you will be notified by email with your expected delivery date.

We do not sell items or ship items outside of the United States. For International purchases and shipping arrangements, you must contact us in person at 877-476-0651 or 812-476-0651 to start that process.

ONLINE REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Brinker’s Jewelers stands 100% behind our merchandise. Although highly unlikely, if you are not happy with your online selection, you may return it for a refund (minus the 10% restocking fee) or an exchange (no restocking fee applies for exchanges) within 30 days. Merchandise must be in original, unworn condition and must be accompanied by a receipt. All shipping charges will not be refunded.

RESTOCKING FEE

If you change your mind about an item that you purchase online, we do have a 10% restocking fee. Also, all shipping charges will not be refunded.


ALL SALES FINAL ON CUSTOM MADE ITEMS / SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS / CLEARANCE OR SALE ITEMS

All sales are final on any custom made, special order items, clearance/sale items or any items that have been engraved or modified. These types of items cannot be returned.

ONLINE REFUND AND EXCHANGE RETURN SHIPPING

Contact us at 877-476-0651 or 812-476-0651 or by email at Info@brinkersjewelers.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.

Please have the customer name, order number, and receipt available or include it in any email.

PLEASE NOTE: Returns arriving without an RMA WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED and will be returned to the sender.

Brinker’s Jewelers is not responsible for lost packages being returned. Make sure to include your RMA number on the ship-to address. Do not use Brinker’s Jewelers, BrinkersJewelers.com, or anything else that might denote that the package contains jewelry.
